At Earth & Ember we are committed to sustainability and environmental responsibility, which is why we proudly use eco-friendly, plastic-free packaging for all our products. We recognize the importance of reducing plastic waste and its harmful effects on the planet, so we are using renewable, biodegradable materials such as paper, cardboard, and plant-based alternatives. By eliminating single-use plastics, our packaging not only reduces landfill waste but also supports a circular economy where materials are repurposed and returned to the earth. This initiative is part of our ongoing effort to minimize our carbon footprint, conserve natural resources, and offer our customers an environmentally conscious choice without compromising on quality or performance. We’re excited to be part of the solution and lead by example in the movement toward a more sustainable future.

We use European soy wax in all our wax melts which is a sustainable alternative to traditional paraffin wax, primarily because it is made from soybeans, a renewable resource. Soybeans are a crop that can be grown annually, and soy wax is biodegradable, meaning it will break down naturally over time, unlike petroleum-based products. Additionally, soy wax produces less soot when burned compared to paraffin wax, contributing to better air quality

We do our best to ensure that all products are up to the high standard that our customers would expect, but in the event you are unhappy with your order we aim to resolve the issue quicky and effectively.

Up until your order is fulfilled you can cancel for a full refund. One this has been fulfilled you will need to wait for your order to be shipped and then refuse delivery or return the order to us for a refund. Please email us at info@earthandember.co.uk to let us know that you have rejected or returned the order so that we can expect delivery.

If you receive any incorrect or damaged item please send us a photo at info@earthandember.co.uk so we can rectify the issue.

We unfortunately can not issue refunds due to not liking the fragrance ordered or scent throw. We test all of our products before they are made available for purchasing to ensure optimal scent throw and therefore must be in their original unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund.

All products are eligible to be returned for a full refund providing they aren’t damaged, are in their original unopened packaging and returned within 14 days of delivery.

A refund will be processed to your original payment method once we receive the items back and should show in your account within 7 working days.

We do not accept responsibility for items that are not received back, so please be mindful if this when choosing your shipping method.

Please note we do not cover the cost of returns unless it is for a damaged, or incorrect item.
